Ayush Kwath is the combination of 4 different ayurvedic herbs that helps in increasing the immunity . It boosts the body’s immune system and makes it capable to fight against various viruses and other infections. It not only helps in increasing immunity but also lowers the risk of other diseases.
Ingredients –
Ayush Kwath is a formulation of four herbs. With these herbs, one can increase his/her immunity naturally. The ingredients present in Ayush Kwath are – Tulsi, Dalchini, Sunthi, and Krishna Marich .
- Tulsi (Ocimum sanctum): Tulsi is an antioxidant. And helps in increasing the Immunity.
- Dalchini (Cinnamomum zeylanicium): Dalchini is a very beneficial herb in Ayurveda. It helps in increasing the White blood cells of the body. White blood cells (WBCs), are the cells of the immune system that are involved in protecting the body against both infectious disease and foreign invaders.
- Sunthi (Zingiber officinale): Ginger is antibacterial and is filled with immune-boosting benefits. It boosts our immune system and makes it stronger to fight against viral infections.
- Krishna Marich (Piper nigrum): It is a well-known popular spice all over the world. Black pepper (Kaali Mirch) is beneficial in improving the immune system of the body.
Method of preparation – Take 3Gm of Ayush kwath and boil it with 150ml water and reduced it to half, After that filter it and consume like hot drink . Gud (Jaggery) / Draksha (Resins) and/or Lemon Juice can be added while consuming the formulation.
